Payment of order
You can pay by credit card.
All transactions are executed on secure servers. This guarantees Hiima‘s clients the maximum protection of their personal information when purchasing from the e-shop.
Products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the check-out process.
Deliveries are carried out by UPS, DHL, Fedex, from Monday to Friday, depending on the best options available in terms of delivery times.
For orders from mainland France, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Portugal deliveries and returns are free for all orders above €200.
For less than €200, the shipment cost is €8.
We deliver worldwide.
For all the orders, the shipment price will be always indicated before the validation of the order.
The prices indicated include all taxes for France. Certain countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges (duties, taxes) upon reception depending on the legislation of the country.
How can you track your order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
Returns & Refunds
For these countries the return cost are free : Mainland France, Germany, United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Lituanie, Netherlands, Ireland, Poland, Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic , Italy.

You have a period of 14 days (from the delivery date) to return your order.
Here is how you can proceed :
Send an email to Hiima@hiima-store.com by giving us the following information (name of customer, order number, order date and the products they wish to return.).
We will reply and send you by email the return label (to print and put on the return parcel)
We will also let you know the nearest place to drop your parcel to an UPS point.
The Product has to be returned in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, not soiled, with the original plastic under the sole) and must not have been the subject of prolonged use (beyond the time needed to test). They must be returned in their original packaging with any accessories.

The longevity of a pair of leather shoes depends greatly on the care taken in their maintenance and the way they are cleaned.
After fitting, if you keep your shoes definitely, make sure to remove the plastic film that protects your soles before their first exit so as not to slip while walking.
Our first advice:
Our shoes (except sneakers) all have leather soles. We advise you to wear them a few days in dry weather so that they can soften and take them to a shoemaker for a skate.
Our second advice:
It is important to think of waterproofing your shoes before wearing them for the first time, this will make the cleaning easier afterwards.
Waterproofing products work on leathers, deer and textiles. It is important to waterproof in
order to avoid as much as possible the possibility of stains.
In case of stains, you can use a slightly damp cloth and rub gently on the stain
Our third advice:
In order to preserve their original shape and avoid wrinkles, consider using shoetrees (the best are the wooden shoetrees, which absorb sweat) but otherwise the plastic shoetrees are also very good, and if you don’t have any, no worries, we put in with every pair of shoes some tissue paper, do not hesitate to keep it and reuse it as often as possible.

We propose some styles only available during one period in pre-order.
Means that you have just few days to order this product and receive it later.
The estimated sending date of the product will always be on the product description page.
The payment will be done when you place the pre-order.
Products that would not be suitable for a buyer for a size issue can be returned for a credit note.
The right of withdrawal and therefore the refund does not apply for products in pre-orders, because the article has been produced taking into account the particularities (including the size) of each buyer and the right to retract cannot be practiced for the pre-order product.
